- Complete our Know Your Customer Form/Application Form
- Scan and E-mail the following documents:
- GOVERNMENT ISSUED I.D. (DRIVERS LICENSE; VOTERS REGISTRATION; PASSPORT)
- LAST 2 PAY SLIPS
- TRN IF VOTERS ID OR PASSPORT USED
- PROOF OF ADDRESS (UTILITY BILLS-WATER; LIGHT; TELEPHONE; CABLE; CREDIT CARD;BANK STATEMENT)
3. Documents sent on approval to be signed and returned and account will be credited within 24 hours of receipt.
